A woman was extricated before being taken to Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital with moderate injuries

Cary, IL. – One person was seriously injured in a collision on Tuesday morning in downtown Cary.
According to the Cary Fire Protection District, the accident happened around 11:07 a.m. at the intersection of West Main Street and Route 14.
Two vehicles were involved in the collision. The circumstances surrounding the collision were not immediately determined.
An adult woman driver was trapped in her car and had to be extricated before being taken to Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital near Barrington with moderate injuries.
Both people in the second vehicle were evaluated at the scene were evaluated at the scene and released.
