Entiat, WA. – A woman was killed in a head-on collision that left two people injured on Tuesday afternoon in Entiat.
The fatal crash occurred on State Route 97A at milepost 208 at around 1:37 p.m.
Sharon Wilson, 77, was driving an SUV when she crossed the center line and collided head-on with a northbound white 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Stephen Harrison, 68.
Sylvia Harrison, 70, was riding in the Hyundai and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Wilson and Stephen were injured in the accident and were taken to Central Washington Hospital for treatment.
