Elgin, ILL – One person was killed and two others were injured a head-on traffic collision on Randall Road in Elgin Monday afternoon, according to a police report.

Authorities said one of the drivers was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the victim was not immediately released.
Two other people were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, as per police.
