According to the police, the accident happened around 9:40 p.m. in the area of Boulder Highway and Twain Avenue.
A vehicle was traveling southbound on Boulder Highway when it hit the second vehicle.
One person was trapped in a vehicle and had to be extricated by fire crews.
Two people were taken to the hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
