Washoe County, NV. – One person was killed in a head-on collision near Sun Valley in Washoe County on Saturday morning.
According to the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office, the accident happened around 6:50 a.m. on Highland Ranch Parkway near Midnight Drive and Pyramid Highway.
Two vehicles reportedly collided head-on in unclear circumstances.
One driver was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The other driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
