The driver of the Toyota, 41-year-old Tabitha J. Ritzer, and her 10-year-old girl were taken to an area hospital for treatment

Hermiston, OR. – Rosa Maria Badillo, 74, was killed in a car accident in Hermiston on Tuesday, March 4.
According to the Oregon State Police, the accident on Highway 395 South near milepost 12.
Celestino Chavarria Nunez, 65, of Pasco, was driving a silver Buick Lacrosse on Highway 395 when he collided head-on with a northbound red Toyota CHR.
Nunez and his two passengers, 81-year-old Guadalupe Flores-Mendoza and 59-year-old J. Eleazar Flores, were hospitalized with serious injuries.
Another passenger, 74-year-old Rosa Maria Badillo, was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
