Terre Haute, IN. – A child was killed and another was injured after a collision involving a collision on Tuesday evening in Terre Haute.
According to the police, the accident happened around 7:15 p.m. at the intersection of 13th Street and Wheeler Avenue.
A TransCare ambulance reportedly struck two children on bicycles.
One child died at the scene of the accident.
The second child was airlifted to an Indianapolis hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Police say the ambulance was responding to a call for service at the time of the accident.
