Spokane Valley, WA. – Three people were hospitalized after being injured in a motorcycle accident early Friday morning, April 4, in Spokane Valley.

According to Washington State Patrol, the accident happened on Interstate 90 near the Sullivan exit at around 8 p.m.

46-year-old Paul Krous was riding a motorcycle westbound when he struck another motorcycle operated by 26-year-old Brant Schultz.

Krous and his passenger, 35-year-old Samantha Mickelson, were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Schultz was uninjured but his passenger, 24-year-old Keli Hegel was hospitalized with unknown injuries.

Police say all victims were wearing seatbelts at the time of the accident.

Krous was later arrested on suspicion of vehicular assault.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
