The incident happened at around midnight on Pima Street and Alvernon Way.
According to the report, the pedestrian was walking in the area when she was hit by a vehicle and the driver fled from the scene.
The victim, identified as Rose Fox, 27, was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries.
Authorities believe the suspect was driving a dark-colored 2014-2018 Chevy Impala.
The incident is under investigation.
