Surprise, AZ – One person is dead following a deadly two-vehicle traffic collision that partially closed a major road in Surprise Monday afternoon, according to a police report.
The accident occurred around 1:30 p.m. on March 24 on Bell Road at Parkview Place, west of Bullard Avenue.
Reportedly, a silver four-door sedan and a black and white SUV were involved in the collision.
Both cars had front-end damage and were stopped partially on the sidewalk on the southeast corner of the intersection.
At least one person was killed in the accident. The name of the victim was not immediately released.
No additional information regarding the crash was provided.
The collision remains under investigation.
