Victor Lebron was found unresponsive and was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, where he died while receiving treatment
Mount Prospect, IL. – Victor Gallardo Lebron, 83, has been identified as the man who was killed in a car accident on Tuesday in Mount Prospect.
According to Mount Prospect police, the accident happened around 6:30 p.m. near Wolf Road and Thayer Street.
Lebron was driving a Chrysler SUV and was turning onto Wolf Road from Thayer Street when the driver of a Mercedes Benz sedan hit him.
Lebron was found unresponsive and was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital, where he died while receiving treatment.
The 21-year-old man from Des Plaines who was driving the second car was unhurt.
More details about the accident were not released.
The Mount Prospect Police Department Major Crash Investigation Team and Major Case Assistance Team’s Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction Team are investigating.
