According to the Phoenix police officers and firefighters, the wreck happened at around 11:30 p.m. at 43rd and Purdue Avenues, north of Dunlap Avenue.

Phoenix, AZ – The Phoenix Police Department has identified the woman who died late Monday night in a crash that left two children injured at a Phoenix intersection as 32-year Charlene Quinones.
The 3-vehicle accident occurred at around 11:30 p.m. on March 18 near 43rd Avenue and Purdue Avenue, just north of Dunlap Avenue.
Investigators say Quinones was traveling southbound on 43rd Avenue when another vehicle veered into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with Quinones. A third vehicle was also involved.
Emergency responders arrived and extricated Quinones and a child from one of the involved vehicles.
Quinones and two children were transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
Unfortunately, Quinones succumbed to her injuries at the hospital.
No one else was injured.

Phoenix, AZ – A woman was killed and two children hospitalized after a late Monday night accident near an intersection in Phoenix.
According to the Phoenix police officers and firefighters, the wreck happened at around 11:30 p.m. at 43rd and Purdue Avenues, north of Dunlap Avenue.
The police said at least two vehicles were involved in the collision.
A woman was rushed to the hospital, where she later died.
Two children were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries and two other children involved in the crash were not injured.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
No additional information about the crash was provided.
An investigation is underway.
