Two people were transported to the hospital with minor injuries
Estero, FL. – Two people were hospitalized following a multi-vehicle collision on Tuesday night in Estero.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened on Interstate 75.
A trooper was finishing up with a prior collision when another vehicle hit the rear of the trooper’s Dodge Charger patrol car parked on the left shoulder.
A Hyundai Sonata traveling at a high rate of speed collided with the rear of a Nissan Versa. The impact of the collision caused the Hyundai to overturn and hit the trooper’s patrol car.
Two people were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The trooper was unhurt.
