Four people hospitalized after collision on Loop 202 Red Mountain near McClintock Drive in Tempe
Tempe, AZ. – Multiple people were hospitalized after being injured in a collision involving a semi-truck on Wednesday morning in Tempe.
According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the accident happened around 8 a.m. on the eastbound lanes of the Loop 202 Red Mountain near McClintock Drive.
A semi-truck and three passenger vehicles were involved in the crash.
Two people were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Two other people were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
