Two children were transported to Phoenix Children’s with serious but non-life-threatening injuries

Scottsdale, AZ. – Five people, including two children, were hospitalized after being injured in a car accident on Sunday night in Scottsdale.
According to the police, the collision occurred near Via Linda and Shea Boulevard at around 8:30 p.m.
Two vehicles were stopped side-by-side at a red light when a third vehicle rear-ended one of the stopped vehicles.
The third vehicle also crashed into the second stopped vehicle.
A total of five people, including two children, were injured in the accident. The children were transported to Phoenix Children’s with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver, whose name was not released, was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
