The rider suffered serious, but non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment

Gilbert, AZ. – A motorcyclist was seriously injured after colliding with a car on Friday night in Gilbert.
According to the Gilbert Police Department, the accident happened around 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of Guadalupe and Recker roads.
A 24-year-old man was riding a motorcycle in the area and was hit by a car.
The rider suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The crash temporarily closed the intersection in all directions.
GPD’s Traffic Reconstruction Unit detectives are investigating the accident.
