The driver of the Chrysler and a passenger in the Honda were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries
Lyon County, NV. – Two people were killed in a head-on collision near Yerington in Lyon County.
According to the Nevada State Police, the accident happened on State Route 339 at mile marker 6 at around 11 a.m. on February 15.
A 2018 Chrysler 300 was traveling northbound on SR-339 when it crossed the highway centerline and collided head-on with a 2017 Honda Civic.
The driver of the Chrysler and a passenger in the Honda were transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
