Las Vegas, NV. – Two people were hospitalized after being injured in a collision involving a paratransit bus in the west Las Vegas valley on Sunday night.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the accident happened around 8:20 p.m. in the area of Rainbow Boulevard and Westcliff Drive.

An apparent impaired driver struck another vehicle, pushing it into a paratransit bus.

The impaired driver spun out of control after the collision and crashed into a power pole.

The drunk driver and an occupant of the second vehicle were transported to hospital with unknown injuries.
