Man Killed in Dade City Crash US-98 near Stranton Hall Drive

A 43-year-old Orlando man and a 28-year-old Kissimmee woman riding in the Kia were hospitalized with serious injuries

Dade City, FL. – One person was killed in a head-on collision that left three others injured on Friday night in Dade City.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 7 p.m. on US-98 south of Stranton Hall Drive.

A Genesis GV80 being driven by a 28-year-old Orlando man was traveling south on U.S. 98 when it collided with a northbound Kia Soul driven by a 51-year-old Lakeland man.

The Lakeland man was killed in the accident.

A 43-year-old Orlando man and a 28-year-old Kissimmee woman riding in the Kia were hospitalized with serious injuries.

The Orlando man driving the Genesis was also taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Additional information about the accident was not provided.
