Glendale, AZ – An infant was critically injured in a Thursday afternoon traffic collision near 59th Avenue in Glendale, according to the Glendale Police Department.

A preliminary investigation revealed that a vehicle with four occupants, including two infants, was turning left at a green light near the intersection when it collided with an oncoming car.
One of the infants was ejected from the vehicle, leaving them with critical injuries.
The critically hurt baby was taken to the hospital for treatment. The second baby was also hospitalized for precaution.
The two adults riding the vehicle were not injured.
