Troopers said a van was heading westbound when the car swerved left and into the eastbound lane and its right side crashed into the front-end of an eastbound semi-truck. The cars went off the roadway and crashed into a tree.

Jackson County, FL. – A driver was killed and another severely hurt after a traffic collision on Friday afternoon in Jackson County, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 3:15 p.m. on June 19, on westbound Interstate 10 and Grand Ridge Exit (Mile Marker 152).
Troopers said a van was heading westbound when the car swerved left and into the eastbound lane and its right side crashed into the front-end of an eastbound semi-truck. The cars went off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
The Van driver was killed in the collision.
The semi-truck driver, a 65-year-old from Mississippi, was severely hurt.
Troopers said I-10 Eastbound was closed between Grand Ridge Exit (Mile Marker 152) and the Sneads Exit (Mile Marker 158) following the crash.
An investigation is underway.
