Tampa, FL. – One person was killed and another hurt after a multi-vehicle accident on Friday night in Tampa, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident happened on May 29 on I-275 and Busch Boulevard.

One person was killed in the collision.
Another individual was hospitalized as a trauma alert.
Two additional people were evaluated at the scene.
One of the vehicles caught fire while the second rolled over after the crash.
Northbound I-275 at the Busch Boulevard exit was closed as of 10:00 p.m. Only two southbound lanes were opened at the time.
An investigation is underway.
