Joseph Benke is a personal injury attorney at Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys. He graduated cum laude from Arizona Summit Law School in 2017. Prior to law school, Mr. Benke completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies at National Paralegal College and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Paralegal at Lamson College.
Mr. Benke joined Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys in 2019 after spending six years working as the Senior Legal Secretary for a major insurance company. His experience in this role provided him valuable insight on the strategies and tactics an insurance company will use to reduce the value of a personal injury claim. Mr. Benke now utilizes this experience to the benefit of his clients at Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys in reaching a successful resolution of their claims.
Mr. Benke also previously spent time as an intern with The Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education where he helped assist low-income families and individuals obtain reduced cost legal services.
Mr. Benke is an Arizona native and was raised in Mesa, Arizona. When away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his Wife and two daughters. His hobbies include traveling, camping, and watching movies.
