Authorities said a 3 year old girl died after reportedly being struck by a vehicle in a driveway Tuesday night in the West Newton neighborhood of Indianapolis.
Indianapolis, IN.- A 3 year old girl was killed following a vehicle accident Tuesday night on the southwest side of Indianapolis.
The accident was reported around 9:38 p.m. on September 8 in the 5300 block of West Southport Road.
According to authorities, the child was reportedly struck by a vehicle in a driveway.
Officials identified the girl as Faith Danielle Smith.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, but the 3 year old suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead.
Authorities said the child was not transported to a hospital following the accident.
Officials have not released information about the vehicle involved or identified who was driving at the time of the incident.
