Manatee County, FL.- A woman was killed following a multi vehicle accident Wednesday morning on Interstate 75, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The accident occurred at approximately 6:15 a.m. on August 26 on southbound Interstate 75 near mile marker 220.
Troopers said multiple vehicles were involved in the collision.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and provided assistance to those involved in the accident.
A woman suffered fatal injuries as a result of the collision and was pronounced dead.
