Troopers said a vehicle was heading westbound on Touhy Avenue and was turning into a business when it crashed with an eastbound motorcycle.
Skokie, IL. – A rider was killed after a motorcycle accident on Friday night in Skokie, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident happened a while before 10:00 p.m. on June 12, in the 5000 block of Touhy Avenue.
Troopers said a vehicle was heading westbound on Touhy Avenue and was turning into a business when it crashed into an eastbound motorcycle.
The 20-year-old motorcyclist was transported to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The driver stayed on the scene after the accident.
An investigation is underway.
