Chicago, IL. – One person was hurt after a rollover collision on Thursday morning in Chicago’s western suburbs, according to the Illinois State Police.
The accident happened at about 5:50 a.m. on June 4 on the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290.
Police said a vehicle rolled over on the ramp from the northbound lanes on Mannheim Road to the outbound Eisenhower in unclear circumstances.
One person sustained minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Police closed the ramp from northbound Mannheim Road to the outbound Eisenhower to give way to a clearing operation. Drivers were asked to avoid the ramp.
