Police said a westbound driver failed to yield to traffic on Cactus Road and crashed into a motorcycle heading northbound on Cactus Road.

Phoenix, AZ. – A motorcyclist was killed after a hit-and-run accident on Wednesday evening in Phoenix, according to the Phoenix Police Department.
The accident occurred at about 6:00 p.m. on April 29 near 33rd Avenue and Cactus Road.
Police said a westbound driver failed to yield to traffic on Cactus Road and crashed into a motorcycle heading northbound on Cactus Road.
The rider was rushed to a local hospital where he was declared dead.
