Albuquerque, N.M. – Dan Rivera has been identified as the man who died in a motorcycle accident on Saturday evening in Albuquerque.
The accident happened around 7:40 p.m. on Interstate 25 at Osuna Road, according to New Mexico State Police.
A motorcycle and a car were involved in the collision, but authorities did not immediately determine the events leading up to the accident.
Officers from the Albuquerque Police Department and rescue crews from Albuquerque Fire Rescue responded to the scene.
Dan Rivera and his wife were transported to the University of New Mexico Hospital in critical condition. Sadly, Dan succumbed to injuries while receiving treatment.
