11-year-old Jacob Emmerich-Tomlin and 21-year-old Blaise Nowak died at the scene of the crash

St. Clair County, IL. – An 11-year-old boy and two other people were killed in a collision on Monday night in St. Clair County.
According to Illinois State Police, the accident happened at U.S. Route 50 and Clinton County Line Road at around 8:50 p.m.
Two vehicles reportedly collided head-on in unclear circumstances.
11-year-old Jacob Emmerich-Tomlin and 21-year-old Blaise Nowak died at the scene of the crash.
A third person was rushed to an area hospital where they later died.
