Las Vegas, NV – A bicyclist was killed in an accident that occurred in Las Vegas on Tuesday morning, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
The incident occurred on South Decatur Boulevard south of Tropicana Avenue at about 3:50 a.m. February 4.
According to the report, a man was riding a bicycle out of a parking lot on Tropicana when they entered Decatur Boulevard and was hit by a Nissan sedan traveling southbound.
The bicyclist was pronounced deceased at a hospital.
The driver of the Nissan stayed at the scene and was not suspected of DUI.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
