Phoenix, AZ (June 18, 2018) – A fatal multi car crash shut down I-10 on Monday. According to the Arizona Department of Public Safety, one person died and two sustained injuries.
Officials stated the wreck began as a two car accident. No one suffered injuries and the drivers stopped to exchange information. They blocked the roadway, and two additional drivers stopped behind them. A box truck could not stop and struck the last vehicle. It caused a chain reaction involving all the vehicles.
The accident occurred on I-10 eastbound near 51st Ave.
