Osceola County, FL – A 23-year-old Tennessee man was killed early Monday morning in a pedestrian accident in Osceola County, northwest of Celebration, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

FHP said a 23-year-old Kissimmee male driver lost control of his 2024 Kia Forte and the vehicle went airborne, crashed into a tree and a barrier wall, before flipping on the exit ramp to U.S. 192.
The Forte driver and his passenger, a 23-year-old Tennessee man, then exited the vehicle.
The passenger was walking across the eastbound lanes of the freeway into the westbound lanes when he was hit by an oncoming 2024 Honda Odyssey. He was then hit by another vehicle.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
The Forte driver was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The troopers are investigating the accident.
