Phoenix (June 29, 2018) – A car struck a pedestrian woman around 4am Friday morning. The woman is in critical condition at a local hospital.
According to police, witnesses saw the woman in the roadway before she was hit.
Impairment and speed do not appear to be factors. The driver of the vehicle cooperated with police and remained at the scene.
The accident occurred on Cactus Road between 23rd Ave and 25th Ave.
