The pedestrian was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition

Chicago, IL. – A woman was injured after being hit by a car in Chicago’s West Side on Friday morning, March 21.
According to the Chicago police, the accident happened around 6 a.m. in the 1500 block of South Pulaski Road.
A 24-year-old man was driving an SUV northbound on the road when it struck a man.
The pedestrian was seriously injured in the accident and was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital in critical condition.
More details about the accident were not released.
The Major Accidents Investigation Unit is investigating the accident.
