According to the Portland Fire and Rescue, the mishap happened at around 4:15 p.m. on Interstate 5 near SW Spring Garden.
The police said at least three vehicles were located at the scene. The impact of the wreck sent one of the vehicles to overturn.
At least one person suffered injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
