Jacksonville, FL. – A 53-year-old Palm Coast man died after being struck by a car as he stood outside his ATV on Sunday night in Jacksonville.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 9:46 p.m. on Normandy Boulevard near Blair Road.
The man was standing in the right lane next to an ATV when he was hit by a van.
The unidentified man died in the collision.
The 34-year-old Jacksonville man driving the van was uninjured. He remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
