Pedestrian Critically Injured in Tucson Hit-and-run

Early on the morning of July 4th, an elderly pedestrian was critically injured in Tucson after being hit by a vehicle that fled the scene. Hours later, local law enforcement found a damaged 2010 Nissan Cube believed to be involved in the crash in an Oro Valley neighborhood garage.

 The vehicle had front-end damage and a shattered windshield. Facing charges of aggravated assault and failure to stay at an accident, the 37-year-old suspect’s bail was set at $100,000.
