April 22, 2021 (PHOENIX)—Lerner and Rowe Gives Back announces $15,000 Komodo Dragon sponsorship of the Phoenix Zoo. As a non-profit, the zoo relies solely on sponsorships, admissions, memberships, and donations to continue conservation initiatives, educational programs, and the care of over 3,000 animals, including approximately 5,000 daily meals. Furthermore, the large scale of the facility requires a lot of resources to keep the zoo open for generations to come.
“The Phoenix Zoo did not escape financial hardships related to COVID-19 closures. As our foundation believes in advocating on behalf of the hungry and threatened, we felt compelled to step up and join other community members in supporting the zoo by becoming a corporate sponsor,” stated Kevin Rowe, Esq.
