The Lerner and Rowe Gives Back foundation supports the fight against ovarian cancer through fundraiser event held by the Valley of the Sun Chapter of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
“Cancer is a disease that touches the lives of many of us individually or through our family and friends. One of our employees recently lost a good friend to ovarian cancer six months ago,” stated Lerner and Rowe law offices founder and personal injury attorney, Kevin Rowe. “We are proud to support organizations such as the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition who seek to spread awareness and early detection practices to help fight life-threating diseases.”
The run / walk event celebrates ovarian cancer survivors, remembers those who have been lost to ovarian cancer and increases awareness about ovarian cancer. Registration fees include a t-shirt and access to all activities on the day of the event. Pledges and donations are welcome, but not required. To register for the Valley of the Sun Chapter’s “Run / Walk to Break the Silence on Ovarian Cancer,” visit nocc.kintera.org/faf/home or call (480) 659-5520.
About Lerner and Rowe Gives Back
Lerner and Rowe Gives Back is a nonprofit organization founded by Kevin Rowe, managing partner of Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorney, P.C., and Lerner and Rowe Law Group. The organization believes in paying forward the law firm’s achievements and successes by assisting other community organizations that serve children and families struggling from economic occurrences. Organizations they work with advocate for the improvement of children facing poverty, illness, disease and other areas of need. In addition to children in need, they support groups that touch the lives of the hungry, homeless, sick and abused, and even our four-legged friends.
