As a litigation attorney, Joseph D’Aguanno (Joe) is focused on helping people who have been seriously injured or who have lost loved ones due to the wrongful conduct or negligence of others. He is passionate about his work and is dedicated to maximizing the outcome for his clients. His work earned him membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum—a prestigious group of trial lawyers whose membership is limited to those with multi-million dollar results.
Born and raised in New York, Joe graduated from the University of Arizona with Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Molecular & Cellular Biology. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2000 from Arizona State University College of Law – where he was Production Editor of Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology and earned the Outstanding Pro Bono Award.
Joe began his career defending doctors, nurses, and hospitals accused of medical malpractice. In 2009, he began fighting to obtain justice for people victimized by individuals, insurance companies, and corporations. His experience includes cases involving medical negligence, wrongful death, motor vehicle crashes, product liability, and premises liability.
Joe is licensed in Arizona, New York, and with the U.S.P.T.O.
