Mesa, AZ (July 19, 2018)- Isabel Hernandez died after a Mesa crash late Thursday morning. The wreck happened south of McKellips Road, on Mesa Drive, just before 10:45 a.m.
According to Mesa police, Isabel Hernandez was one of the passengers in one of the cars involved in the crash. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
Emergency responders took three other victims to the hospital with serious injuries. As of Friday afternoon, they were reported to be in serious condition and their ages had not been released.
The other driver, adult female, was also taken to the hospital with injuries.
The police report, upon initial information, impairment was potentially a factor. The collision remains under investigation.
