Hayley Larsen joined the Tucson law office of Lerner and Rowe Injury Attorneys in 2023. Prior to joining Lerner and Rowe, Ms. Larsen clerked for the Honorable Kathleen Quigley at the Pima County Juvenile Court. While there, she extensively researched the Indian Child Welfare Act and its application in Arizona. She also assisted with Family Treatment Court, a specialized program designed to help parents battling substance abuse in overcoming their addictions and achieving reunification with their children. 

While in law school, she interned with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office where she primarily focused on the prosecution of government benefits fraud and embezzlement crimes.

Ms. Larsen grew up in Salt Lake City, UT. She graduated with a BA in Art History and Curatorial Studies from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. She received her law degree from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2022. She is licensed to practice in Utah and Arizona.

In her free time, Ms. Larsen enjoys biking, reading, visiting museums, and spending time with her family.
