Man Killed in Sierra Vista Motorcycle Crash on State Route 92

Sierra Vista, Arizona (March 31, 2018) – A 44-year-old man, David Phillips, was killed Friday night in a motorcycle accident in Sierra Vista, according to Sierra Vista Police Department report. The fatal crash occurred at around 10:00 p.m. Friday, March 30 on State Route 92 and Saint Andrews Drive.

According to the Sierra Vista Police Department report, David Phillips was riding his motorcycle southbound on State Route 92. A minivan, driven by Branden Puffer, 21, of Sierra Vista, struck him while turning left onto Saint Andrews Drive. The driver hit Phillips head-on.

As a result of the collision, Phillips died at the scene.
