Jorge Rico

Jorge Rico serves as the Director of Operations. Jorge has served in this capacity since June 2006 and he has helped establish and standardize key operational functions. Jorge has also served as the primary recruiter and Human Resources Director for Las Vegas and Phoenix offices. With the recent rapid expansion of Lerner & Rowe in Phoenix, Jorge has focused his attention on daily operational functions.

Jorge brings 20+ years of management experience in various industries. Most recently he served as the Regional Director of Human Resources for Liberty Mutual -Personal Markets. In this role Jorge managed and lead a group of 15+ HR and Administrative professional which supported an organization of 2000+ employees in the New England Region.

Throughout his professional career, Jorge has been personally responsible for the management and leadership of up to 200+ employees and has held the top HR position for an organization of 3000+ employees. Jorge brings 15+ years experience in Organizational and Leadership Development which he honed within a global professional service organization, as well as, the insurance, retail, health and human services industries.

Jorge has a Bachelors degree from Boston College and a Masters Degree in Human Resource and Organization Development from Cambridge College. Jorge immigrated from Bolivia South America and was raised and educated in RI and Massachusetts. Jorge is married 14+ years to Linda and they are raising their 7.5 year old triplets in Cave Creek AZ. Jorge is crazy for all Boston pro teams and is still an avid soccer player.
