Donn Coolidge

Donn was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and moved to Arizona in 1989 to Attend Arizona State University. He graduated with honors in 1993. After college, Donn studied law at Texas Tech University and became a member of the Arizona Bar in 1998. He began his legal career as a prosecuting attorney with the Mohave County Attorney’s Office in Kingman and Bullhead City where he prosecuted all misdemeanor crimes including domestic violence offenses and DUIs. Donn then worked for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office in Phoenix where his focus was the prosecution of major felony offenses, primarily Vehicular Manslaughter, Vehicular Assault, and Felony DUI cases. He was lead prosecutor for numerous jury and bench trials with a highly successful track record.

After prosecution, Donn worked in-house for a large insurance company defending clients in personal injury actions. Having learned civil procedure and defense strategy, Mr. Coolidge switched to a private personal injury firm where he honed his negotiation, litigation, and other advocacy skills even further. He then worked independently, taking on real estate, contract, personal injury, criminal and corporate matters until starting with Lerner and Rowe in January 2007. Mr. Coolidge has worked on thousands of cases over the last 8 years, is a proven litigator, and is a true client advocate. His personal interests include golf, basketball and travel.
